WHEREAS, the Cormon council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lot 15, Block
12, in Huakego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS a previous request for legal status of this lot was denied by the Common Council on August 9, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request because the reduction in size for both lots 14 and
the neighbors.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
doe8 hereby deny the request for legal status for Lot 15,
Block 12. in Muskego Shores Subdivision, because the reduction in size for both lots 14 and 15 was substantial and there was opposition from some of the neighborswith concerns of compatibility
creation of a lot of less than 7,200 sq. ft. when 11,250 Sq. ft. in the neighborhood and with the size of the lots, such as the
