ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT FROM TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER
FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has
offered an outdated rescue vehicle to the City of Muskego
Police Department at no cost, and
WHEREAS, the vehicle is in good condition and could be
used to carry special equipment to certain locations
pertaining to police work, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance
of the gift from the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept, with gratitude, the gift of
special equipment for the police department, when needed.
