WAIVING AMUSEMENT DEVICE FEES FOR MUSKEGO LIONS
CLUB AT COUNTRY FAIR DAYS
WHEREAS, the V.F.W. Post #8171 is sponsoring its annual
Country Fair Days to be held on August 27, 28 and 29,
1982, and
WHEREAS, various organizations of the city participate
in this celebration, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Lions Club is planning to operate
14 amusement devices at the three day event and have
requested the necessary permit fees be waived, and
WHEREAS, the profits from this operation are donated to
charity, and
WHEREAS, Section 12.07 (3) requires a fee of $10.00 be
charged for each amusement device for the fiscal licensing
year of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Lions Club will be operating the
amusement devices for three days only, and
Council waive the necessary fees,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the Common
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee,does hereby waive the $10.00 permit fee for
each amusement device forthe Muskego Lions Club for their
