RESOLUTION 1145-82
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Oak Meadows Estates Subdivision)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for a 89 lot subdivision in the
Lake Denoon area known as Oak Meadows Estates Subdivision
has been submitted to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, an infornational hearing was held and there were no
objections to the plat, and
WHEREAS, the results of the hearing were taken into con-
sideration by the Plan Commission and they have recommended
approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Yuskego, upon the recomnendntion of the Plan Cornmiasion,
does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of an 89 lot sub-
division in the Lake Denoon area known as Oak Meadows Estates
Subdivision.
