CCR1982144RESOLUTION. #144-82 JUSTICE'S SALARY AND NUMBER OF CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSAL FOR PER MONTH MUNICIPAL COURT DATES WHEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1982, the Cormon Council adopted Resolution $1107-82, Establishing Salaries for Certain City of Muskego Employees for 1982, and WHEREM, the resolution did not include a salary for the Municipal Justice, and WHEREAS, the Nunicipal Justice has recommended that the number of court days be increased from two days per month to five days per month, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee feels that an increase in the number of court days per month would warrant an increase in salary in the amount of $125.00 per court date for the three additional court dates, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the request of the Municipal Justice and asks that the Common Council give consideration to the matter, WHEREAS, the Finance Comittee desires to review the proposed system at the end of 1982, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City per month at five dates per month and that the salary of the of Muskego does hereby establish the number of court dates Municipal Justice be increased to $650.00 per month ($125.00 for each new court session and $275.00 for the present two sessions) effective immediately and until December 31, 1982.
