AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
STORM DRAINAGE WORK
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Increment Financing
District No. Four has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, funds in that project included expenditures
for storm drainage work which includes contracted work
area of Sandy Beach Road at a cost of approximately
$2,200;00, and
WHEREAS, the project also includes work to be done by
Public Works Department at a cost to be approximately
$1300.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve of the expenditure
of TIF funds in an amount not to exeed
$3,500.00 to be taken from TIF District No. Four for
storm drainage work in the area of Sandy Beach Road in
the area of Bass Bay. A
