CCR1982142RESOLUTION #142-82 AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION e WHEREAS, project plans for the seven TIF Districts in the city have been approved by the Common Council, and WHEREAS, the plans for.the district provide for various improvements within the city, and WHEREAS, the Common Council recently adopted resolutions authorizing the installation of street lights in certain areas of the city, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the Common Council TIF funds be used to pay for the various street light installations, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds for the installation of street lights at the follow- ing intersections: Victoria Dr. and Kelsey Dr. $1,308.50 TID #1 Janis La and Kelsey Dr. 1,308.50 TID #1 Tina Dr. and N. Shore Dr. 1,308.50 TID #1 East Dr. and Martin Dr. 1,308.50 TID #3 Racine Ave. and Police Dept. garage and parking lot 1,308.50 TID #7 FINANCE COMMITTEE Ald. Mitchel Penovich - ATTEST:
