DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
(As Amended)
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY
(Saites)
WHEREAS, Mr. Constantin P. Saites has petitioned the Common
Council to rezone the property west of Heritage Church on
College Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA
(OPD) .
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that said
property be rezoned,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon
the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
ordinance for the rezoning of the property west of Heritage
authorize the City Attorney to draft the necessary implementing
Church on College Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 1 from
RS-2 to RSA (OPD).
