CCR1982136RESOLUTION #136-82 (As Amended) AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY WHEREAS, over the past several years the city has acquired various parcels of land within the city, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that it would be In the best interest of the city to sell the parcels in order that they could be placed on the tax roll, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby indicate they are interested in selling the fo!lowing parcels of land .in order t.hat .they can.be placed on the tax roll of 'the City. ,2162.006 - Lot 12.
