ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR WELL IN BLUHM PARK
WHEREAS, bids had been solicited for the drilling of a
water well in the city's Bluhm Park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

Roschi Brothers
$ 2,054.00
2,062.00
and
WHEREAS, the above bids have been reviewed by the city's
consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, and the Park and
bid of Egofski-Porter in the amount of $2,054.00 be accepted,
Recreation Board and they have recommended that the low

WHEREAS, the bids were quoted on a unit price basis, and as
such, the final contract price can vary from the bid price,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the city's
consulting engineers and the Parks and Recreation Board,
Of $2,054.00.
does hereby accept the low bid of Egofske-Porter in the amount
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
