AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE
EASEMENT FOR WIS. ELECTRIC POWER CO. TO IN-
STALL CABLE IN CITY-OWNED LOT (Lake Meadows)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been advised that it is the
underground cable from S.T.H. 24 south to Xelsey Drive
intent of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company to install
and east to Lake Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire easements from all
property owners involved, and
WHEREAS, it has been requested the city grant an easement
over Outlot One of Lake Meadows Subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the necessary easement to the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company to install underground cable in Outlot One
in Lake Meadows Subdivision.
