CCR1982125RESOLUTION #125-82 W e 4 AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS (Kelsey Dr. Project - Highway Truck) WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Increment Finance District No. One has been approved by the Common Council, and WHEREAS, funds in that project included funds for the Kelsey Drive Project and a new highway truck in the amount of $145,000.00, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended Council approval of the expenditure in the amount of $145,000.00 for that project, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve of an expenditure not to exceed $145,000.00 taken from TIF District No. One. for the Kelsey Drive Project and a new highway truck to be r\ DATED THIS 2& DAY OF , 1982.
