RESOLUTION #120-82 (As Amended)
APPROVAL OF PRACTICE AND SHOW DATES OF THE
WATER BUCS'SKI CLUB ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Fitzgerald, representative of the Water
Bugs Ski Club, Inc., has requested permission of the Park and
Recreation Board and the Finance Committee to use the dock
facilities at Idle Isle Beach as a take-off pier during
specified dates and times, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Park and Recreation
Board have recommended approval of the use of the dock at
Idle Isle Beach as a take-off pier to be effective following the
submittal of a list of specific show dates and a certificate of insurance naming the City of Muskego PU co-insured,
THEREMRE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Huskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and
the Park and Recreation Board, does hereby approve of water
ski Practice and show use of the dock at Idle Isle Beach, as follows:
All days and times previously granted by the Parks and Re-
creation Board through July 18, 1982, and all days and times
July 19, 1982 meeting.
