AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE STIPULATION
AND ORDER
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a bill for the
special charge from the Little Muskego Lake Protection
which is 20 percent of the total 1982 budget of the
and Rehabilitation District in the amount of $8,733.80
district,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney to
sign the attached stipulation and order. n

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the above parties by
their respective attorneys as follows:
1. That on or before June 30, 1982, the City of MuskeRo she'
pay to the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
District the sum of $ 4964, 90 which is 10% of the total 1982
budget of the Little %JslceRo Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
District and one-half (4) of the special charge which ie being
conteeted by the City in the above action.
2. The City of ~Iuskego's right to contest the chargee in
question shall continue and the City's right to contest auch a
char.:e shall not be affected by:their failure to pay the entire
amount claimed at this time.

Bnsed upon the above stipulation, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

2. The City of EluskeRo'r right to contest the chargee in
question shall continue and the City'e right to contest such a
charge shall not be affected by their failure to pay the entire
amount claimed at this time.
