APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three parcel re-division of
Lot 9 and Outlot 1, Block 2, Lincolnshire Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for
approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFOF&, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission,
parcel re-division of Lot 9 and Outlot 1, Block 2, Lincolnshire
does hereby approve of the certified survey map for a three
Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer, the receipt of the $25.00
submittal fee, and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
