CCR1982112RESOLUTION #112-82 e 1) AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF COVENANT NOT TO CONVEY OR CONSTRUCT (Lot 9 Blk 2 Meadowdale Subdivision - Anderson) WHEREAS, the Common Council had been petitioned for division, and legal lot status for Lot 9 Block 2, Meadowdale Sub- WHEREAS, on June 8, 1982, the Conmon Council adopted Resolution #99-82, entitled, Approval of Legal Status for Lot 9 Block 2, Meadowdale Subdivision, and WHEREAS, it is now necessary to release a recorded Meadowdale Subdivision, covenant not to convey or construct on Lot 9 Block 2, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the advice of the city attorney, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached release of covenant not to convey or construct for Lot 9 Block 2 eadowdale Subdivision. Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Meadow Dale Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof. Said land being in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Dated this day of , 1982.
