RESOLUTION #110-82
ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN THE MUSKEGO BUSINESSIINDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $55,000.00 for
the purchase of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 3 (6.3 acres)
in the city's BusinessIIndustrial Park from Jansen Develop-
ment, Inc., and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
city's Industrial Broker, Mooney and Associates, Inc., and
the Finance Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
and the city's Industrial Broker, does hereby accept the
Offer to Purchase Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 3 (6.3 acres)
in the city's BusinessIIndustrial Park from Jansen Development,
Inc. for the price of $55,000.00 contingent upon the purchaser
connecting to the sewer system at the road at his own expense
and upon approval of the city attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to review
by the City Attorney. n
