AUTHORIZING A STUDY BY MOONEY & ASSOCIATES
REGARDING INDUSTRIAL PARK EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the development of the city's present industrial
park is nearly completed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended a study be
made by Mooney & Associates, Inc. to determine costs of
expansion of approximately 90 to 120 acres at a cost not
to exceed $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, funds for this expenditure could be taken by
TIF District No. Seven,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize Mooney & Associates, Inc.
to prepare a study to determine cost of expansion of the
city's industrial park of approximately 90 to 120 acres
at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00.
