AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WATER
PATROLMEN AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the only way the city's
parttime water patrolmen can be protected against liability
and boat and motor damage is by leasing their boats to the
city while they are bing used for patrolling, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended the city lease the
boat and motor from the water patrolmen,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize that the Mayor and City Clerk
execute a lease between the city and the parttine water patrolmen
for the use of their boat from May 31, 1982 to September 6, 1982.
