RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EHLERS & ASSOCIATES, INC.
GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES FOR THE

WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes, Section 67.1212 authorizes
WHEREAS, the city needs to finance various public works
projects, or improvements, and current operating expenses, and
WHEREAS, Ehlers & Associates, Inc. are the financial
consultants for the City of Muskego,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
Associates, Inc. is authorized to solicit competitive proposals
the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that Ehlers &
for the purchase of not to exceed $1,840,000.00 general obligation
promissory notes of the City of Muskego.
The motion for th_e~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Ald.qbjln and upon a vote being
taken the following members v'oted in favor thereof:
