APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Miles Yeinerz)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Comn Council to finalize a two parcel division of the
Miles Meinerz property in the SW 114 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission and the Public
Works Committee, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission and the Public Works Committee does hereby
of the Miles Meinerz property in the SW 114 of Section 11. approve of the certified survey map for a two parcel division
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer, and the receipt of the
$25.00 submittal fee and $400.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the removal of the Future 60' Street on the certified survey map
because the location has not Yet been determined.
