SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING
PETITION - HERITAGE PARK, INC.
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Constantin P.
Saites requesting the rezoning of the property to the
west of Heritage Church on College Avenue in the NW 114 of
Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) to permit the develop-
ment of 37 apartment units for Heritage Park, Inc., and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07
of the city's municipal code it is necessary to hold a
public hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended the rezoning of said property conditioned upon
the appropriate follow-through of the process, including
of layout, landscaping, grading, buildings, parking lots
the further submission of more detailed preliminary plans
and roads, utilities, and proposed developer's agreements
including the manner in which this PUD is to be programmed
and financed and the type of association and manner in which
it will operate to maintain the development and carry out
its normal activities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set June 22, 1982 at 7:15 P.M.
as the public hearing date on the petition received from
