AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LABOR AGREEMENT
WITH PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
settlement of the 1982 labor agreement with the Department
of Public Works be approved, and
WHEREAS, the settlement includes the following
8 percent increase in salary
5 rent per hour increase in payment for pension plan
130 day accumulation of sick leave with 120 day payout
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
Department of Public Works.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract is retroactive io
January 1, 1982.
