AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
PRELIMINARY PLANNING FOR LAKE MEADOWS
PARK
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1982, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #36-82, As Amended, entitled, Authorizing
the Expenditure of TIF Funds for Preliminary Planning
for Lake Meadows Park, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board, after receiving
cost estimates from the city's engineering firm, Ruekert
and Mielke, and Planning Consultant Mangiamele, for the
preliminary plans for the Lake Meadows Park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the expenditure
of said funds,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
and the Park and Recreation Board, does hereby authorize an
expenditure not to exceed $2,000.00 for Mangiamele Associates
to proceed with the preliminary plans for Lake Meadows Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds for this project are
to be taken from TIF District No. One.
