APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(Buth/Geiss Partnership - Medical
Facility on Janesville Road)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
serve a proposed medical facility located at S69 W15636
the Buth/Geiss Partnership to install a holding tank to
W. Janesville Road, in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has approved
installation of said holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the installation
of a holding tank by the ButhlGeiss Partnership to serve
Janesville Road, in the City of Muskego. a proposed medical facility located at S69 W15636 W.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the holding tank agreement in
connection herewith.
