CCR1982073RESOLUTION #73-82 -8 A SEWER SERVICE AREA REFINEMENT REPORT
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission
working in cooperation with the City of Muskego has prepared
a planning document recommending a year 2000 sanitary sewer
service area and recommending the protection of environmentally
sensitive lands in the areas tributary to the City of Muskego
sewage collection system; and
WHEREAS, the aforereferenced recommendations are set forth in
SEWRPC Community Assistance Planning Report No 64, Sanitary
Sewer Service Area for the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has adopted this report and has
recommended adoption by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego concurs with
the delineated sewer service areas, the delineations of
environmentally sensitive lands, and the recommendations set
forth in SEWRPC Community Assistance Planning Report No. 64.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, hereby adopts a SEWRPC Community Assistance
Planning Report No. 64 as a guide for the provision of sanitary
sewer service and land use management and zoning in the service
system, and
areas tributary to the City of Muskego sanitary sewage collection
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk transmit a certified
Planning Commission.
