APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Independence Bank)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Bank property on Janesville Road in the SE 114 of Section 3,
Common Council to finalize a redivision of the Independence
and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for
approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the certified survey map for a redivision
of the Independence Bank property on Janesville Road in the
SE 114 of Section 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer, and the receipt of the $25.00
submittal fee,
