APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
Chris Youssi
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a request to grant legal lot status for (Parcel B) Lot 5 and
the south half of Lot 4, Block 12 in the Muskego Shores Sub-
division owned by Chris Youssi, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of said
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the request of Chris Youssi
for legal status for (Parcel B), Lot 5 and the south half of
Lot 4, Block 12 in the Muskego Shores Subdivision.
