AlJTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO RE-BID FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
FOR CITY HALL, LIBRARY AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the janitorial service contract with J & J Cleaning
Service expired on December 31, 1981, for the cleaning of
the City Hall, Library and Police Department, and
WHEREAS, all bids reee6ved for 1982 were rejected by the
Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
janitorial service contract be re-bid, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee also recommended to delete
the second sentence of the third paragraph of the Bid Speci-

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, uuon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for bids for the cleaning of the City Hall, Library and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the second sentence of the third
paragraph of the Bid Specifications, "List any variances to
these specifications givinc reason for non-compliance" shall
be deleted.
