AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE PARK MAINTENANCE
EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Department has requested
permission to immediately purchase a Toro Mower Deck, a
Jacobsen Mower Deck and a Si'mpTici.ty Rdto-ti:lIer at a total
COS* of $4;5&9.50, And
WHEREAS, TIF District 1, 3 and 4 provided for the purchase
of park equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
request be granted with the understanding that the money
shall come from TIF funding,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Department to purchase a Toro Mower Deck for $2,110.00,
Committee, does hereby authorize the Park and Recreation
a Jacobsen Mower Deck for $1,434.50 and a Simplicity Roto-
tiller for $1,045.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this authorization is given
with the understanding that the monies expended shall be
returned to the General Fund from the monies acquired
from the TIF Districts 1, 3 and 4.
