RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT AND FEES FOR INSPECTION
AND ZONING SERVICES FOR THE VILLAGE OF BIG BEND
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of April, 1981, the Common Council
adopted Resolution #63-81, entitled, Approval of Agreement
and 'Fees for Inspection and Zoning Services for the Village
of Big Bend, and
WHEREAS, the agreement terminates in April of 1982, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to renew the agreement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby renew the present agreement between the City of
Muskego and the Village of Big Bend for inspection services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval and review by the city attorney.

9. Termination of Contract
Either party my terminate this contract It Will upon thirty
(30) dnys prior written notice to the other party.
10. Llabillty
That it is hereby agreed that the Vlllage of Big Bend will 0
hold harmless and/or indemnify the City of Muskego andfor any
enployees, offlcers or agents of the City of Muskego and provide
defense for any claim brought against the City of Muskego and/or
against any employee, officer or agent of the City of Muskego
who is performing a function pursuant to this agreement.
