CCR1982055RESOLUTION #55-82 m) APPROVING FUNDS FOR LANDSCAPING AND INSTALLATION
OF CURB AND GUTTER AT POLICE DEPT.
WHEREAS, funds have been provided for completing the land-
scaping at the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, $4500 remains in the capital budget account
for this purpose, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has requested that he be
permitted to use the funds for curbing along the east
side of the parking lot and the balance for shrubbery, etc.,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval
of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the expenditure of up to
$4,500.00 for the completion of landscaping at the Police
Department as well as providing curbing along the east
side of the parking lot.
