SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO PARKLAND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Mr. Henry Homey, owner.of the Parkland Mall, to amend
the existing planned unit development by permitting the
rear of the existing Parkland Mall, and
construction of professional buildings to be located to the
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6.02(6)C. of the city's
zoning ordinance the Plan Commission has determined that
the construction of professional buildings would constitute
a substantial alteration of the original plan which was
approved for the planned unit development, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a public hearing on the request
be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
on the request to amend the Parkland Mall Planned Unit
Development by permittting the construction of professional
buildings to be located to the rear of the existing Parkland
Mall for Tuesday, April 27, 1982 at 7:OO P.M.
