A-I SERVICE COMPANY, INC. AND PARKS AND RECREATION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the activities at the Mill Valley, Bluhm Park and
Muskego High School Baseball Complex provide the necessary
sanitary facilities, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Parks and Recreation
Board and the Finance Committee that the City enter into an
portable units from May 1st to August 31st, 1982 at the cost
agreement with A-1 Service Company, Inc. to install five (5)
of $262.50 per month.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the .
Recreation Board, does hereby authorize the execution of an
recommendation of the Finance Committee and the Parks and
the installation of five (5) portable sanitation units at
agreement between the City and A-1 Service Company, Inc. for
Mill Valley, Bluhm Park and Muskego High School Baseball
Complex at a cost of $262.50 per month from May 1st to August
31, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
