AUTHOl?IZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PLAN COh!MISSION
TO REPORT RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, Florence Fahning, W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive,
has petitioned the Common Council to amend the Zoning
Districting Map to rezone her property from RS-2 to RS-2 (OD)
used as a duplex, and (overlay-duplex) to permit the existing structure to be
\'/HEREAS, the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance requires the
Plan Commission to conduct a study and investigation and
report its recommendation to the Common Council within 30
days, unless a longer period is stipulated by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has again requested an additional
60 days because of the many problems involved in their efforts
to amend the language of the zoning ordinance,
THEREFOPE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the Plan Commission an
additional 60 days to report its recommendation to the Common
Council on the petition submitted by Florence Fahning to
rezone her property at W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive, from
RS-2 to RS-2 (OD (overlay-duplex). A A
