CCR1982045RESOLUTION
#45-82
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, advertised for and received bids on March 19, 1982,
for the manhole rehabilitation as required by the Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewerage Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineers have recommended
acceptance of the low bidder for the construction of said
manhole rehabilitation;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the City of Muskego
Council, pending a grant from the State of Wisconsin, Wisconsin
Fund, hereby authorizes the Mayor to accept and sign the contract
for the following company in the amount shown:

Super Excavators, Inc. $258,830.00
1. Charlotte L. Stewart, Clerk of the City of Muskego.
DO HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing is a true and correct copy
of a Resolution adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, at a regular meeting held on the 2-3 day
of QMR , 1982.
