AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR NEEDED
ROAD hlATERlAL,S FOR THE 1982 ROAD Ib!PROVEhlENT PROGRAAI
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of hluskego to begin its
preparation for the street improvement program for the year
1962. and
H’HEREAS, the Public Korks Committee wishes to advertise for
bids to provide for the necessary bituminous concrete and
asphalt and the various liquid asphalts as well as permission
to advertise for bids to repave certain streets within the
city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of hluskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the advertising of bids €or
asphalt and bituminous concrete for the 1982 road improvement
pro~ram.
BE IT FUKTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
report to the Common Council the results of the bidding along
with their recommendation.
