Council, and
WHERE.AS, funds for Lake hleadows Park \\ere included in
that project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Ilecrcation Board has requested
they be authorized to have preliminary plans for
the park commence with the understanding the Gencral
Fund will be reimbursed when monies for TIF arc
borrowed. and
\WEREAS, the Finance Commi t tee has recommended Common
Council approval of the request,

of bluskego does hereby authorize the Park and Recreation
Board rake the necessary steps to begin the preliminary
planning for Lake hleadows Park
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the
Common Council to use funds from TIF District No. One
for these preliminary plans when they become available.
BE IT FUHTllER RESOLVED that the preliminary planning costs
would require Council approval.
