AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
FOR NEW RESCUE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Increment Financing
District No. One has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, a new rescue vehicle for the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department was included in that project
plan, and
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has
requested that they be authorized to purchase a new
rescue vehicle with the understanding that the General
Fund will be reimbursed when monies for the TIF are
borrowed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee@as recommended Common
Council approval of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Tess Corners Volunteer
Department to purchase a s6w:,rae~scue vehicle in the amount
of approximately $50,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the i$&erltof the Common
Council to use funds from TIF District No. One for this
equipment when they become available
