AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
As Amended
NECESSARY HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT
(Steamer)
\\'HEREAS, the project plan for Tax Increment Financing
District KO. Seven has been approved by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, equipment for the Public Works Department w'as
included in that project plan, and
\VHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested that
they be authorized to purchase a steamer with thc undcr-
monies for the TIF are borrowed, and
standing that the General Fund will be reimbursed when
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended Common
Council approval of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of hluskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Depart-
ment to purchase a steamer in the amount of approximately
$7,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Common
Council to use funds from TIF District No. Seven for this
equipment when they become available
