RESOLUTIbN #31-82

RE-APPROVAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE STESKAL PROPERTY
IN THE CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of October, 1981, the Common
Council adopted Resolution #150-81, entitled, Acceptance
of Offer to Sell Lot 13, Blk 3 In the City's Industrial
Park (Steskal), and
WHEREAS, the resolution provided .that the city would
buy Lot 13 Block 3 from the Steskals for $27,200.00 plus
6 percent (6%) interest for two years and incidental
expenses, or a total of $30,929.00, and
WHEREAS, the city attorney has recommended that because
of the time that has passed since the adoption of that
. resolution the Common Council should re-affirm its action,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-affirm its action of October 13, 1981 when they adopted Resolution #150-81, entitled, Acceptance
of Offer to Sell Lot 13, Blk 3, In the City's Industrial
Park (Steskal),

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the money to purchase this lot be taken
from Capital Budget fund and returned to that fund when the lot
is sold.
