APPROVING A GRIEVANCE SUBMITTED BY THE MUSKEGO
PROFESSIONAL P0LICEMAN"S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego received a grievance on
February 1, 1981, filed by the Muskego Professional
Policeman'N Association, und
WHEREAS, the grievance involved an interpretation
of language relating to minimum time paid for call-
in and court time, and
WHEREAS, the city is presently negotiating with the
basis the Finance Committee has recommended that the
police association regarding this matter and on this
until such time as there is a negotiated agreement
grievance be approved and past procedures be followed
between the city and the MPPA,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the grievance filed on
February 1, 1982 by the Muskego Professional Policeman's
Association.
