AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PLAN COMMISSION
TO REPORT RECOMMENDATION
(Re Florence Fahning)
WHEREAS, Florence Fahning, W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive,
has petitioned the Common Council to amend the Zoning
Districting Map to rezone her property from RS-2 to
RS-2 (OD) (overlay-duplex) to permit the existing structure to be used as a duplex, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance requires the
Plan Commission to conduct a study and investigation and
report its recornendation to the Common Council within 30 days, unless a longer period is stipulated by the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, in order to allow the Plan Commission sufficient
additional time is requested. time to report its recornendation to the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the Plan Commission an
additional 60 days to report its recommendation to the
Common Council on the petition submitted by Florence Fahning
to rezone her property at W143 56802 Tess Corners Drive, from RS-2 to RS-2 (OD) (overlay-duplex).
