APPROVAL OF TYPEWRITER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
proposed one-year maintenance agreement for one IBM
typewriter in the Parks and Recreation Department
be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement
between the IBM Corporation and the city for one
year's maintenance at a cost not to exceed $99.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement in behalf of the city. ,?
