RESOLUTION #1-82
DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
been petitioned by Charles Colburn for determination
of the status of Lot 3, Block 13, Muskego Shores Sub-
division, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended
denial of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby deny the request of
Charles Colburn for legal status of Lot 3, Block 13,
Muskego Shores Subdivision.
