CLARIFYING RESOLUTION #129-81, SERVICE AGREEMENT
FOR POSTAGE METER MACHINE
WHEREAS, on August 11, 1981, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #129-81, entitled, Authorizing a Service
Agreement for Postage Meter Machine Between City of
Muskego and Pitney Bowes, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the resolution authorized a one-year maintenance
agreement at a cost not to exceed $149.00, and
WHEREAS, the correct cost for a year’s maintenance
agreement is $167.00, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify the Common Council’s
intent of this matter,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-affirm its action in
adopting Resolution #129-81.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the cost of the one-year maintenance
Council.
