ACCEPTING SETTLEMENT FOR DAKAGED SQUAD CAR
\!XEREAS, Kausau Insurance Companies has advised the City
Clerk that the final settlement for a damaged squad car
shall be $1,900.00, and
WIIEREAS, acceptance by the city is necessary ,
THEREFOFE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of Lhc
City of hluskego, upon the recommendation of the 1,’inancc
Committee, does hereby accept a settlement for a damaged
squad car from lVausau Insurance Companies in the amount
of $1,900 .OO .
