APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSOCIATED
(Dental Coverage)
HOSPITAL SERVICE, INC. & THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Resolution #142-79, adopted by the Common Council on
July 10, 1979, provides city employees an opportunity to participate
in the city‘s dental insurance at his or her own expenses, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to renew the agreement with Associated
Hospital Service, Inc. whereby they will provide to the employees
of the city certain benefits relating to dental needs, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the agreement
be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute a group enrollment agreement between Associated Hospital
Service, Inc. and the City of Muskego whereby certain dental
benefits will be provided.
