AUTHORIZING SERVICE AGREEEENT WITH MOTOROLA
a WHEREAS, it is necessary that a service agreement with Motorola
be executed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recormnended that the City
enter into a six month agreement with Motorola at a cost of
$336.50 per month, and
WHEREAS the agreement covers:
3 RCA bases 8 Mitrec Mobiles
14 MT 500 Portables
2 Multi chargers,
with all. ojbher equipment being serviced on a time and material
basis.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
Motorola whereby they will provide service to certain equipment
does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with
in the Police Department for a six month period for $336.50 per
month with all other equipment being serviced on a tine and
material basis.
