CCR1981186RESOLUTION #186-81
AUTHORIZING CONTRIBUTION FOR COST OF LITIGATION
(MILWAUKEE METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the City has joined fifteen other suburban comuni-
ties in a suit against the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage
District , and
WHEREAS, a third payment in the amount of $2,834.00 is now
due, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended approval
of the payment.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recomendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-ComptrolLer to pay
$2,834.00 to the City of West Allis as the City's share of
the cost of litigation against the Milwaukee Metropolitan
Sewerage District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these costs, as well as those
previously approved, shall be charged to Tax Incremental
Financing.
